How much does tech support cost?
We charge $150 an hour (with a one hour minimum). We do not charge separate travel costs. Projects can be offered a flat fee upon consultation.
How long will my problem take to resolve?
It really varies. Simple problems can be resolved within the first hour, while more complex jobs may require appointments spread across one to two days. We will definitely provide an estimate up front.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If we don’t resolve your problem to your liking, we’re happy to provide a refund. We want all our clients to be satisfied with the support they receive!
Is hardware included in the cost?
Any hardware you will need is an additional cost. We will work to help you find the best prices and you can either purchase yourself or we can purchase on your behalf (if we don’t already have stock on hand) and add it to your final bill.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
Absolutely! You are welcome to book appointments for family and friends who need tech support but may not be comfortable going through the booking process themself. We can keep you both updated on our progress and we’ll be sure to check in with you when the appointment is over.
Do we have to meet in my home?
We are happy to meet you where you are most comfortable! We can make plans to meet at a coffee shop, public library, or wherever you think works best. We are also happy to pick up your hardware in need of repair and deliver it back to you when the job is done, at no extra cost!
Do you offer remote tech support?
Yes, we can try to assist you remotely if that’s your preference! Just select Virtual Appointment when you schedule and your confirmation will include a Zoom link.
