With over a decade of experience in IT support and a bachelor's degree from San Jose State, Ron knows the ins and outs of tech. Whether it's fixing a frustrating computer problem, installing a reliable security camera system, or patiently teaching new computer skills, his focus is always on providing friendly, personalized solutions.
